- The student should be living in Telangana.
- Their family income must be less than Rs. 2,00,000 in one year, or they can’t apply.
- If any other Pre Matric scholarship is already taken, then this one cannot be given.

- They must study in schools run by Mandal Praja Parishad, Zilla Praja Parishad, Municipalities or Municipal Corporations.

The Telangana Post Matric Scholarship is given to students who study after Class 10 like in Inter, Degree, ITI, or big courses like medical. Tuition fees are paid by government. From Rs. 850 to Rs. 6,90,000 can be given. It helps a lot.
- The student must be living in Telangana.
- For SC and ST students, their family income should be less than Rs. 2,00,000 in one year.
- For BC, EBC, and PWD students living in villages, family income must be below Rs. 1,50,000.
- For BC, EBC, and PWD students living in cities, income should not be more than Rs. 2,00,000.
- The student must have passed Class 10 and should get 75% or more marks.

The Mahatma Jyothiba Phule BC/EBC Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship is given to BC and EBC students who want to do PG, M.Phil., or PhD in foreign countries. Reimbursement up to Rs. 20,00,000 is given, and visa fee with one-way flight ticket is also covered under this scheme, even if college not ask for test scores, the marks are must.
- Family income should be less than Rs. 5 lakhs in one year from all sources, or form will not be accepted.
- Only one child from one family can be allowed to apply for this scheme.
- At least 60% marks must be got in graduation, and student must also have eligible score in GRE or GMAT and also in English test like TOEFL, IELTS or PTE.
- Only those students who have I-20 or COE and visa can apply under this scheme, others not allowed.
- From GRE/GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores, student must have any two scores, even if university is not asking for them.
- For making the merit list, weightage is given like this: 60% for graduation, 20% for GRE or GMAT, and 20% for English test scores.
- Scholarship amount of up to Rs. 20 lakhs or as written in admission letter, whichever is less, will be given along with one-way economy flight ticket and visa charges also.
Telangana Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
The Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship is for minority students from Telangana who want to study PG or PhD in other countries. Up to Rs. 20 lakhs is given or less if written in admission letter. One-way ticket is also paid. 60% in graduation and test marks are must.
- The student must be living in Telangana and not from other place.
- He or she must belong to a Minority group like Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Parsi, or Jain.
- Admission must be taken in top universities in foreign country for PG or PhD studies.
- The allowed countries are USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand, Japan, France, and South Korea.

Telangana Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi Scholarship for SC/ST Students
The Ambedkar Overseas Scholarship is given to SC and ST students who want to study PG or PhD in other country. Rs. 20 lakhs is given or less if college says. One-way flight and visa money is also given. 60% marks in graduation and test scores are must.
- The student should be from Telangana and must be staying there.
- He or she must belong to SC or ST group only.
- Student must go for PG or higher studies in other country like in Engineering, Medicine, Law or Management.
- Admission must be taken in any proper and known university outside India.
- Family income should not be more than Rs. 5 lakhs in one year from all places.
- Only one child from family is allowed to get this help, others cannot apply.
