To Apply for WISE SCOPE Fellowship Program 2025, please follow these below mentioned steps:
Step 1: All the eligible applicant can go to the official DST’s e-PMS portal to begin with the application process.

Step 2: To apply for WISE SCOPE Fellowship Program, applicant must submit proposal, for submitting proposal you need to click on Apply for Proposal option.

Step 3: Then on another page click on New PI Registration option if you are a new user, this will lead to you to the page of registration form.

Step 4: Now you need to fill out the required details in the registration form, such as login details (create your own unique login Id), personal information, and contact details and click on “SUBMIT” button to register.

Step 5: If you are already a user, click on Login option and then enter your Login ID, Password, and code as shown there and click on “Sign In” button to proceed further.

Step 6: Now the application form will appear on your screen, you have to fill out the application form with general, financial, and project details.
Step 7: After filling out the form, review the application form carefully and check if there are no errors.
